• Sample brochure for the ministry designed to be individualized for each church

As a participating congregation, you are responsible for—

• An annual membership contract as the replication of Faith imprints requires an annual membership fee. The fee is based on the Average Weekly Worship Attendance (AWWA) in your congregation.

• Providing appropriate staff

• Recruiting and training mentors

• Using Faith Imprints written materials

• Using the Faith Imprints logo

• Publicizing Faith Imprints

• Identifying congregation as a Faith Imprints congregation on your church website and in written materials

• Providing Faith Imprints home office with copies of newsletters from your congregation
